Sales

All sales are subject to our final confirmation. All orders received verbally, by phone or electronic mail are considered final. No cancellations will be accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.  All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.  Unless stated otherwise, all wines are offered lying in Hong Kong.  All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18.

Wine Conditions

Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return of wines for any reason, including corked wines.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice, except for approved trade account. Only bank transfers are accepted with the account stated on the invoice.

In the event of non-payment of a sales order within the specified terms stated above, Bespoke Cellar Limited reserves the right to find a replacement customer for the sales order and claim the Customer for any amount between the total sales amount of the original sales order and the replacement sales order that the Company has received less.

In the event that the Company has to consult or appoint external solicitors or other agents to recover the claim, the Customer will indemnify the Company in relation to reasonable fees payable to such solicitors and/or agents.

Delivery/Collection

Bespoke Cellar Limited provides a free delivery service to one designated address per each fully-paid sales order with a value at or above $10,000 HKD.

The current standard delivery fee is $200 HKD per delivery to any one address on the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

A person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise, delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between the Customer and Bespoke Cellar Limited. The Customer will be responsible for any extra cost thus incurred.

Deficiencies/Damages

All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged at the time of delivery, otherwise, any deficiencies or damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.

Force Majeure

Bespoke Cellar Limited shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Law and Jurisdiction

All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
